The renovation is over and the last few days we switched between being ants and bees. There is a wonderful calmness in the store, despite my alternating states of worry and anxiety. At home San Lang looks like nobody’s dog. He has been scratching at his snout and his white coat has gotten more gray than usual. Once this is over, and I honestly don’t know how to promise him, we’d have to show him more love!

Dear everyone, did you notice this morning’s sudden rain? I brought back good music for you, one which I’m listening to this morning.

July
October.
July is slow. Maybe October cold
Will go
Faster than mine.
I think
Never
And I think
Forever.

First: A park. Halloween and its children, festive in Japan.
Second: Outside a fabric store. Dust in their tight, soft curls.

If I was a man, I’ll not be the one in the hat. And the above is not a set.

The things I used to know how to do
Now seem like a scissors run through
The sea,
This sea which has something to do
With the shape of a tear
But nothing
To do with where I
Can.
I’ve tried to find and explain
To myself and the unwritten poems
But without sadness
The longing has lost its description,
Its description
Its place.
I’m left with a jealousy,
The fattest scream.
Not because of another
But because I have chosen
To swallow a pill
As slim as sure
As a world so dim.
