You should return the unworn item accompanied by an original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please indicate the name of the item you want to exchange for, including size and color, if applicable.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges, including tax and duty if applicable. However, we will send your requested item at no shipping charge to you.
If you make an exchange for a less expensive item, we will refund the price difference to the original purchaser’s credit card.
If you make an exchange for a more expensive item, the price difference will be billed to you. We will send you the item once we receive payment.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?
Unless otherwise stated, the merchandise in our online store is available and ready for shipment immediately.
You will receive a notice from us when your order has been shipped. Based on our experience, here are some estimated shipping times:
Singapore – 1 working day
Asia – 4 working days
Europe – 7 working days
USA and Canada – 10 working days
For the quickest response, email Bishop to change your order. If the order has already been shipped, you can exchange or return the order within 14 days days of the date of receipt.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges, including tax and duty if applicable. However, we will send your requested item at no shipping charge to you.
You will be entitled to one shipping charge if your first and second orders are within 7 days of each other.
If the first order has not been shipped, we will attempt to send all items in the same shipment. One shipping charge will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.

We will hold the item for you free of charge for 2 days. Subsequently, we charge a non-refundable fee of 50% of the item cost to continue holding the item for you.
